Customers who place orders on your social media channels are stored inside your Deliverect Social Ordering dashboard. Keep reading to learn how to access the page and discover the features it offers.
How to access
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect Social Ordering account at social-frontend.deliverect.com.
Step 2. In the sidebar, hover over Marketing and select Customers.
The name of every customer is provided together with their contact details, transactions, sales, and the latest transition date.
Use the headings at the top to filter the results.
View additional customer info
Select a customer in the table to receive more details.
The following information is displayed:
The customer's order history is available in the table.
Select the New message button to reach out to your customers. You are given the option of sending an SMS or a WhatsApp message.
Select the Export report button to download a CSV file containing your customers and their contact information.
