View, Message, and Export Social Ordering Customers

Customers who place orders on your social media channels are stored inside your Deliverect Social Ordering dashboard.

Visit this page to learn more about Deliverect Social Ordering. If you are an existing Deliverect customer, you can request access by selecting Social Ordering in the sidebar and then selecting the Get social media ordering button .

How to access

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect Social Ordering account at social-frontend.deliverect.com.


Step 2. In the sidebar, hover over Marketing and select Customers.

Features

Customer table

The name of every customer is provided with their contact details, transactions, sales, and the latest transaction date.

Use the headings at the top to filter the results.

View additional customer info

Select a customer in the table to receive more details.

The following information is displayed:

  • Loyalty balance

  • Transactions

  • Average sales

  • Total sales

  • Average rating

The customer's order history is available in the table.

Message customers

Select the New message button to reach out to your customers. You are given the option of sending an SMS or a WhatsApp message.

Export customers

Select the Export report button to download a CSV file containing your customers and their contact information.
