Lightspeed Restaurant L-Series: Status History Not Updated Past "New"

If orders are not updated past the New status, and you are using Lightspeed, this probably means that the setting has Liteserver is not set correctly for the channel.

This is important since we have to translate the receiptID to a cloudID for Lightspeed.

Please contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team so they can activate it for you.
