Adjustment settings are necessary to add discounts, service or delivery fees, and tips to the order.
Step 1. Make sure adjustments are created on the POS or create a new one. To do this, select POS Control ①, followed by POS Control ②. Then, choose Adjustments ③.
Step 2. Fill in the Adjustment No and select Find or New. Fill in the details and save the adjustment.
Step 3. Contact our support team to set the Adjustment for your channels.
