ToYou checks each published menu before setting it live on their platform. This process can take up to three hours. If you need this completed quicker, follow these steps.
Step 1. After publishing your menu, go to the Operation reports page via the sidebar.
Step 2. Find the operation with the MENU PUBLISH type for the ToYou channel.
Step 3. In the log messages section, scroll down until you find the line containing the Action ID.
Step 4. Send an email to [email protected] and include the Menu push action ID.
Do note that the status shown on the Operation reports page will stay in the AWAIT status if ToYou haven't approved the menu within 30 minutes. However, this does not affect the actual publication of your menu.
