Updates to How You Manage Your Direct Channels

To streamline the configuration of your Deliverect Direct channels, we are moving their settings to the Deliverect Restaurants frontend.

These changes are not yet available to all customers.

Changes in detail

Changing opening hours

Use the Opening hours page on Deliverect Restaurants to change the opening and closing times of your locations. This allows you to configure the opening hours for all of your channels from a centralized location. Learn more.

Changing delivery, pickup, and eat-in settings

The delivery, pickup, and eat-in settings of a channel are now accessed by opening the Locations page of Deliverect Restaurants and selecting the Edit button.

Pickup location URLs

The pickup ordering URL for your locations is being updated to the format: restaurant-name.deliverectdirect.com/pickup/{store-code}. We recommend replacing the old URL with the new one (e.g., on marketing materials, QR codes, your website).

You can find the new URL by following the steps below.

Step 1. Go to the Locations page of Deliverect Restaurants and select the website icon for the channel.


Step 2. Change the ordering type to pickup and select the Order button for the location. The new URL is now displayed in your web browser's address bar.
