Deliveroo: Menu Not Updating

If your Deliveroo menu is not updating after being published from Deliverect, check the Operation reports page for any errors. A successful menu publish looks like the screenshot below.

If you receive a Failed result, contact your Deliverect representative or our support team. Below are some common errors and troubleshooting techniques.

Missing Deliveroo Hero Image or Menu Description

No Opening Hours

"failed to get brand ID for RestaurantLocation: couldn’t find RestaurantLocation”

Restaurant is not yet activated. Please confirm that you have completed these steps correctly.

Deliveroo not showing all categories in the menu

Ensure to make all categories/items available via the Deliveroo tablet and to only use Deliverect to manage the menu.

Invalid Site Location ID

Verify activation of the Deliveroo integration and follow the activation guide. If the issue persists, contact technical support.

Persistent error with correct Site ID

Request Deliveroo to enable the store for menu publishing and confirm correct Site ID entry.

Category description exceeds character limit

Edit category descriptions in Deliverect to ensure none exceed 255 characters before publishing.
