If your Deliveroo menu is not updating after being published from Deliverect, check the Operation reports page for any errors. A successful menu publish looks like the screenshot below.
If you receive a Failed result, contact your Deliverect representative or our support team. Below are some common errors and troubleshooting techniques.

Deliveroo not showing all categories in the menu | Ensure to make all categories/items available via the Deliveroo tablet and to only use Deliverect to manage the menu. |
Invalid Site Location ID | Verify activation of the Deliveroo integration and follow the activation guide. If the issue persists, contact technical support. |
Persistent error with correct Site ID | Request Deliveroo to enable the store for menu publishing and confirm correct Site ID entry. |
Category description exceeds character limit | Edit category descriptions in Deliverect to ensure none exceed 255 characters before publishing. |
