Cancel a Subscription

Follow the steps below if you need to cancel/terminate one or multiple subscriptions.

You may still be charged for the next billing period if the notice period has passed. Notice periods are:

  • 15 days for subscriptions with a renewal period of 1 month.

  • 30 days for subscriptions with a renewal period of 6 months.

  • 90 days for subscriptions with a renewal period of 12 months.

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Settings in the sidebar followed by Subscriptions .


Step 2. Select the subscription you would like to cancel.


Step 3. At the bottom of the page, select Cancel subscription. You are then asked for confirmation. Someone from our team will reach out to you.
