Follow the steps below if you need to cancel or terminate one or multiple subscriptions. Additionally, you can modify specific add-on services while retaining your core subscription.

You may still be charged for the next billing period if the notice period has passed.

This charge occurs because the system follows a set billing cycle, and cancellation requests made after the notice period cut-off are only effective from the next period onward.

Notice periods are:

Step 1. Select the Configurations icon in the sidebar.

Step 2. Select Billing.

Step 3. Select the View subscriptions link for the billing entity.

Step 4. Select the location.

Step 5. At the bottom of the page, select Cancel subscription. You can use this link to cancel core subscriptions and add-ons.

Step 6. Information is shown about cancelling subscriptions. To proceed, select the Request cancellation button.

Step 7. Choose one or multiple subscriptions to cancel.

Step 8. Confirm by selecting Continue.

Step 9. Enter some details about the cancellation request. At the bottom, enter CONFIRM REQUEST into the text box and select the Request Cancellation button. Depending on the subscription type, a member of our team may reach out to you.

Once your cancellation request is processed, the related services will remain accessible until the end of the billing period.

All integrated channels are disconnected after your cancellation request is processed. Download any necessary reports or data from Deliverect before the end of your subscription, as data will be permanently removed.
