Send a link to your menu whenever someone starts a conversation with your business on WhatsApp.
Step 1. Log in to the Direct Suite. In the sidebar, select 
Online Ordering and then Channels.
We are currently moving customers to Direct Suite. If your account has not yet been migrated, you can access this feature here. In the sidebar, hover over 
Sales channels and choose WhatsApp.
Step 3. Copy or note down the web address shown.
Step 4. Open WhatsApp Business, open Settings, and select Business settings.
Step 5. Select Greeting message. Enter the web address found in Step 3. Select SAVE. People who contact your business via WhatsApp will now automatically receive a link to your menu.
