To complete the configuration of a Jahez channel on Deliverect, some settings need to be configured on your Deliverect account and on your Jahez portal.
Complete the following actions
Add account credentials
Account credentials are required from your Jahez account to integrate it with Deliverect.
Step 1. Log in to your Jahez portal. In the sidebar, select Branches 
and then Partner Credentials 
.
Step 2. Credentials from this page must be entered into Deliverect. Leave the page open while you follow the instructions in this help article.
Step 3. Copy and paste the following fields from Jahez into Deliverect.
Field to copy from Jahez | Field to paste it into on Deliverect |
Restaurant ID | Username |
Restaurant Secret | Password |
Step 4. Select the Save button.
Configure your Integration Branch ID
Step 1. Open your Jahez portal. In the sidebar, select Branches and then Add/Edit Branch .
Step 2. Select ⫶ for the branch and choose the Edit option .
Step 3. In a different browser window or tab, go to your Locations page on Deliverect to find your Jahez Channel Link ID. If it isn't shown to you, your Deliverect account manager can provide it instead.
Enter the Jahez Channel Link ID into the Integration Branch ID field on Jahez.

Step 4. Select the Submit button to save. Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team to complete the integration process.
