Solution

Product sync times out or fails while fetching your menu from OrderMate.

Retry the sync from your location settings. If it keeps failing, restart your POS and check your internet connection. Very large menus can also cause this — try trimming unused products. If the issue persists, contact OrderMate support.

Test order fails with: “Invalid HTTP result from POS ORDERMATE: 500 - Payara Server...”

Go to your location settings, click Register, then retry the order.

Test order fails with: “Invalid HTTP result from POS ORDERMATE: 408 - Timeout while contacting the store with the id”.

This is a timeout on OrderMate's side. Restart your POS system and try again.

Orders aren't appearing on the POS and no receipt ID or status updates come back.

Some integration settings may be missing on the OrderMate side. Contact OrderMate support to have this enabled for your account.

Orders stay stuck on “Accepted” and don't progress with delivery drivers.

Enable auto-managed delivery drivers in OrderMate, or make sure drivers are assigned and managed correctly on each order.
