Select the ⫶ icon at the top right of the order.

Either the customer didn't allow item substitution when making the order or the channel does not currently support this functionality.

Select the ⫶ icon at the top right of the order, scroll down to the bottom, and tap on Cancel order.

No, menu management is not possible using the Quest App. You can make changes to your menu using Deliverect Retail.
