The Quest App is a mobile app for retailers that acts as a central hub, automatically gathering orders from major delivery platforms onto one screen and guiding the staff through every step of the process.
How do I install it?

Tap on the three line icon at the top left corner of the page.
Click on your name to get to your profile page.
You can use this page to edit your settings or logout of the app.

Select the ⫶ icon at the top right of the page.
Why can't I substitute one item for another?

Either the customer didn't allow item substitution when making the order or the channel does not currently support this functionality.

Select the ⫶ icon at the top right of the page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and tap on Cancel order.

No, menu management is not possible using the Quest App. You can make changes to your menu using Deliverect Retail.
