This article contains information and instructions to be used only with Deliverect's Online Ordering channel.

Allow your customers to choose a bag or other packaging when placing orders. To set this up, follow the steps in this article.


Step 1. First, create an upsell group that contains the packaging options as products. To learn how to create upsell groups, go here.

Step 2. Select Online Ordering in the sidebar.

Step 3. For the location you want to add the packaging options, select the option , followed by Edit settings .

Step 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Packaging section. Choose the upsell group in the Select packaging upsell dropdown. Select Save.


Configured packaging options are shown on the checkout page. Customers can select them with the + icon.


Your POS or Delivery Manager App displays packaging options as standard products inside orders.
