Error or issue | Solution |
Invalid PLU: one or more items in the order has a PLU that does not belong to this location's POS. | Sync your products and publish your menu again every time you make a change in the POS. |
Kobas reachable but takes too long to respond, or connection aborted/remote end closed connection without response. | This means there's no connection to your POS. Contact Kobas support to check your connectivity. |
X is a variant, but the order does not contain a variation sub item. | Check the variant's configuration and make sure it isn't empty because all its sub-items are snoozed. |
POS doesn't support internal products. | The item is a Deliverect-built item (often a meal deal) with no POS sub-items. Delete it and replace it with a valid POS version. |
Your order was not accepted because [item] is not available for Takeaway consumption mode (or similar order-type message). | In Kobas, tick the box to enable the item for that order type and set a price for it. |
Order was rejected as Item [PLU] does not exist in Kobas. | Sync your products and publish your menu again to align Deliverect with Kobas. |
Your order was not accepted because the venue no longer has [item] in stock. | Use the snooze function in Kobas whenever an item runs out of stock, so it isn't offered online. |
“division by zero” error when an order includes a meal deal/combo. | This happens when every item in the combo is priced at $0, so the combo price can't be calculated. Contact our support team so we can help correct the combo pricing. |
No product sync data provided. | Check that your items in Kobas are configured correctly with active PLU values. If the issue continues, contact our support team to verify your POS integration details. |
