To inject orders into your POS, it is necessary to provide information on the type of customer. This customer group ID is created in your POS back office. Complete these steps to create one for your online orders.

Step 1. Log in to Lightspeed Restaurant G-Series (Gastrofix) Cloud (https://cloud.gastrofix.com/)

Step 2. In the navigation bar, select Operator ① and then Customers ②.

Step 3. Select Customer Group.

Step 4. Select the Add new button.

Step 5. In the Name field, enter "Deliverect".

Step 6. Select the Save button. Inform your Deliverect representative our our support team that this has been created. They will manually set it in your Deliverect settings.
