Change Channel Link Settings

Need to make a change to the settings of one of your channels? Follow the steps in this article to learn how.

Only channel links belonging to locations using the following POS are editable at present:

  • Clover

  • LightSpeed K-Series

  • LightSpeed L-Series

  • LightSpeed O-Series (Kounta)

  • Square

  • Toast

  • TouchBistro

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Locations in the sidebar.


Step 2. Select the Edit button for the channel link you want to change.


Step 3. Your channel link's settings are displayed. Select the Save button after making any changes. The fields vary depending on the POS. Some common fields are:

  • Buffer orders: Activate to only send orders to your POS when preparation needs to start.

  • Average preparation time: Define how much time is typically needed to prepare an order.

Some changes may prevent orders from being processed correctly or at all. Contact our support team for assistance if you are unsure about the impact or use of a setting.
