Supported devices
The following devices are confirmed to work with Quest without any additional setup:
CipherLab RS35
ELO EMC0550 (M50)
Sunmi Blink
Sunmi L2S Pro
Zebra TC 52
The Quest app can also be installed on any device with a camera running:
Android 10 or higher
iOS 15.6 or higher
Your Deliverect account manager will provide instructions on how to install the app on devices.
Scanning on unsupported devices
To enable scanning on unsupported devices, configure the following settings:
Output Method: Set to "Key events", "key strokes", or enable "virtual keyboard".
Action Key: Select "Carriage return".
Configuration names may vary between devices. This guide uses the Sunmi L2S Pro as an example for the configuration names.
These settings are typically found in either the device settings or in a manufacturer-specific scanner application, such as:
