Deliverect Pay: View and Refund Payments

Visit the Payments page to view a list of your Deliverect Pay transactions.

Access the page

Select Deliverect Pay in the sidebar.

View payments

Payments are displayed for the locations you can access. The following information is provided:

  • Date: When the transaction took place.

  • Location: The Deliverect location.

  • Channel: The delivery platform.

  • Order: The Deliverect order for the payment.

  • Gateway: The payment gateway used for the payment (e.g, Adyen)

  • Method: How the customer paid (e.g., Visa).

  • Amount: The total charge for the order.

  • Customer: The customer's name.

  • Status: The payment's current status (Pending, Authorised, Refused, Refund requested, Refunded, Partially refunded, Failed, or Expired).

You can select the Filter button to find payments based on these criteria:

  • Channel

  • Date

  • Gateway

  • Location

  • Status

  • Method

View additional details

Select the payment to find a breakdown of the payment.

Refund payments through Deliverect Pay

Step 1. To process a refund, log in to your Deliverect account and navigate to the Deliverect Pay tab.


Step 2: Select the order and then choose the Refund button.


Step 3. Choose a custom refund amount or the full order total, and confirm by selecting 'Refund.'

To perform a refund, you are required to have the Refund payments permission. Learn more.

Note: For refunds related to external delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats), process the refund directly in the respective merchant account as Deliverect does not manage third-party transactions. For transactions where funds have already been settled into your bank, follow the refund process in your POS or cash register system.
