Are you currently unable to provide customers with specific items? If so, temporarily remove them from your menus by using the snooze feature.
If an item should be hidden indefinitely, consider disabling the product instead, as this ensures the item does not become available again.
Snoozing is not supported by all channels. Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team for details.

In the sidebar, select
Operations
and then Snoozing
.
Select a location and menu
At the top of the page, choose the location and menu for the product(s) you want to snooze or unsnooze.
Snoozing
The snooze page allows you to change the availability of one or multiple products simultaneously.
If an item exists as a modifier and a product, you will need to snooze both. For example, "Cheese" may be a product and also a modifier for another product. Snoozing one won't snooze the other.
Single product
Step 1. Find the product displayed in your menu and select bell icon.
Step 2. You can snooze it for one hour, multiple hours, indefinitely, or until a chosen date.
Multiple products
Step 1. To snooze in bulk, select the Select products to snooze button at the top of the page.
Step 2. Select the products to snooze and for how long. You can find products by entering their names or PLUs into the search bar. Select Submit once ready.
Modifiers
Step 1. Select the product to snooze its modifiers or upsells.
Step 2. Select the bell icon for the modifiers you wish to snooze.
Step 3. Choose how long and select the Snooze button.
Unsnoozing
Step 1. Select the Snoozed products button to view all currently snoozed products.
Step 2. Select the products you wish to unsnooze. You can make them available immediately or at a specified time or date.
Alternatively, you can select the bell icon for snoozed products.
Item not snoozing
If an item still appears on your menu after snoozing it, go to the Operations page to check if there is a reason for the snooze failing. Snoozing the item again and republishing your menu may resolve the issue. If that doesn't help, reach out to our support team for assistance.
Snooze products from Deliverect to ensure that they are snoozed across all channels. If an item is snoozed on your POS, you will need to perform a product sync and then publish your menu to your channels.
Snoozed items on active menus
You can find out which items have been snoozed on active menus by selecting Analytics
and then Insights
in the sidebar.
The total number of snoozed items on active menus is shown. Select the See all snoozed items on active menus link to view additional details.
