Offer your customers a discount when they place an order through your channels.
Create a coupon
Step 1. Log in to the Direct Suite. In the sidebar, select 
Marketing 
and then Coupons 
.
We are currently moving customers to Direct Suite. If your account has not yet been migrated, you can access this feature here. In the sidebar, select 
Marketing and then Discounts.
Step 2. Select the Create Coupon button.
Step 3. Choose to create a coupon that applies to the entire basket or selected items.
Step 4. Enter details for the discount. Once finished, select the Save button.
Basket coupon
Details
Code: Enter the code that customers will use at checkout.
Description: Describe the coupon for internal identification.
Discount
Amount: Enter a fixed amount or percentage to subtract from an order's total.
Limits: Select the checkbox to set a limit on how many times the coupon can be used.
Availability
Valid from: Set the valid from date for the coupon.
Valid to: Choose whether the coupon never expires or expires on a specific date.
Scope
Set the locations, fulfillment types, and channels for the coupon.
Item coupon
Details
Code: Enter the code that customers will use at checkout.
Description: Describe the coupon for internal identification.
Discount
Products: Select the Add products button to choose which items are eligible for the discount.
Amount: Choose between setting the item as free or having a discount.
Limits: Select the checkbox to define the number of times the discount can be used.
Availability
Valid from: Set the valid from date for the coupon.
Valid to: Choose whether the coupon never expires or expires on a specific date.
Scope
Set the locations, fulfillment types, and channels for the coupon.
Manage a coupon
Select the ⫶ icon for the discount to edit or delete it.
