Change Your Payment Gateway to Adyen From Lyf

Move your locations to Adyen for online payments and remove your old Lyf gateway. You can create multiple Adyen payment gateways and assign them to different stores.

Requirements to proceed

  • Legal company details (registered name, address, VAT/tax ID).

  • A recent bank statement showing the full IBAN and exact legal name (one per banking entity if different accounts).

Create your Adyen gateway profile

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account. In the sidebar, select Deliverect Pay and then Configuration .


Step 2. Select the + Add button.


Step 3. Choose Adyen (Balance Platform) and then select the Create button .


Step 4. Proceed through the setup process. Provide business and bank details when asked.

Verification (KYC) can take a few days to complete. The payment gateway will receive the Active status once complete. If asked for more info, open the Adyen gateway and provide the missing fields or documents.

If verification is failing or taking long to process, re‑upload a bank statement that shows your full IBAN and exact legal company name. Check that VAT and tax IDs are correct.

Link your locations to Adyen

Step 1. In the sidebar, navigate to Deliverect Pay and then Configuration .


Step 2. Select your Adyen (Balance Platform) payment gateway.


Step 3. Select the Link stores button.


Step 4. Choose the stores to link and select the Link button.

We recommend double‑checking that each location is linked to the correct payment gateway. Create a test transaction before fully rolling out.

Unlink and delete your old Lyf profile

Step 1. In the sidebar, navigate to Deliverect Pay and then Configuration .


Step 2. Select the Lyf payment gateway.


Step 3. Select the unlink icon for every store until none remain in the list.


Step 4. Select the Don’t need this profile? Delete link at the bottom and confirm. This is only possible after all stores have been removed.
