Solution

Tax not found for product <product-id>.

Prices or tax settings are missing for this product on the Cashpad side. Check the product's pricing in Cashpad, then sync your products again.

Test orders stay in “parsed” status and never appear on the POS.

Contact Cashpad support to review your configuration. They can verify that the menu and order webhooks are set up correctly and check your location and pricing settings.
