Kiosk: Show a QR Code on Tickets

Part 1. Activate the QR Code option

Step 1. In the sidebar, select Administration and then Configure my solution .


Step 2. Scroll down to the Kiosk section. In the Ticket withdrawal method dropdown, choose QR_CODE.


Step 3. Select the Save button.


Part 2. Configure the Marketing page

Step 1. In the sidebar, select Marketing and then Settings .


Step 2. Scroll down to the WEB PAGE section. You can activate and customize three options: Ad Banner, Google Reviews, and Social Media Links.

Select the Save button after making changes.

Ad banner

  • Activate banner ad: Set to Yes.

  • Configure Banner ad: Select the pencil icon to upload your image. You can crop the image and then confirm.

  • Ad ban redirect URL: Add the URL for your banner’s redirect link.

  • Position of insert: Choose where to place the banner on the page (Top of the page, or Bottom of the page).

  • Insert title Banner ad: Optionally, customize the section title (e.g., "My benefits").

Google Reviews

  • Activate Google reviews: Set to Yes.

  • Google review URL: Add the URL for your Google Review page (information on how to find it).

  • Position of insert: Choose where to place the banner on the page (Top of the page, or Bottom of the page).

  • Google Review insert title: Optionally, customize the section title (e.g., "Your opinion matters").

Social Media links

  • Activate Google reviews: Set to Yes.

  • Instagram URL: Enter your business's Instagram URL.

  • Facebook URL: Enter your business's Facebook URL.

  • Website URL: Enter your business's website URL.
