If you use an email address and password to log in to Deliverect and have forgotten the password, follow the steps in this article to reset it.

Entering an incorrect password multiple times can temporarily prevent you from logging in. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.

Step 1. Select the Forgot password? link on the login page of

Step 2. You are then asked to enter the email address of your Deliverect account. Select Continue.

Step 3. You will receive an email from [email protected]. Select the Reset password button.

Can't find the email? Make sure to check your spam/junk folders.

You are then sent back to Deliverect to choose a new password. It is now possible to log in to your account.
