Follow these steps to cancel an order from the Quest App.
Step 1. Tap on the ⫶ icon.
Step 2. At the bottom of the page, tap on Cancel order.
Step 3. Tap on Cancel order to proceed.
Step 4. You are asked to provide a cancellation reason. Use one of the predefined options or choose Other to enter a different reason. Tap on Continue to complete the order cancellation.
