You can adjust the settings of a location using Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series as the POS.

Follow the steps in this article to access the settings page of your POS. Some settings in this article can also be changed for individual channels.

Choose the country for this location.

Choose the K-Series business location. All options are linked to the access profile authorized to your Deliverect account. Reauthorize if you do not find the desired location.

Choose the K-Series account profile, used as a Deliverect price level, to apply for menus with the Delivery type. Your Restaurants menu editor prices will be overridden with this price level in menu previews and publishes, which allows different prices per menu type. Account profile price data is managed in K-Series.

Override POS delivery tax rates during product sync. Rates will apply to all items. Enter as a number (e.g., for 20% enter 20, for 6.75% enter 6.75).

Override POS takeaway tax rates during product sync. Rates will apply to all items. Enter as a number (e.g., for 20% enter 20, for 6.75% enter 6.75).

Override POS alcohol tax rates during product sync. Rates will apply to all items. Enter as a number (e.g., for 20% enter 20, for 6.75% enter 6.75).

Choose the POS menu to use to sync products from. Ensure every product you want to offer online is included in the menu.

Activate to combine products and modifiers using the same PLU, and store any price differences in the product's Customizations. This allows you to sync items used as both a modifier and a product while sharing the same PLU for reporting purposes.

Activate to hide order customer info and delivery address details. Update the customer's name to “Anonymized” once the order is finalized by K-Series.

The customer information is available until the order receives the “Finalized” order status.

K-Series does not offer native item-level note support. To accurately display item remarks on the item, follow the steps in this article and input the item PLU in this field.

Choose the K-Series table where eat-in-type orders will be placed.

Choose to send delivery fees to your POS at all times or only when the delivery is made by the restaurant. Ensure that the settings Send delivery fee and Delivery fee PLU are also configured for a correct mapping to your POS.

Allows you to map order discounts. Create a $0 POS item called Discount and sync this to Deliverect. Enter the item’s PLU in this field.

Allows you to map order delivery fees. Create a $0 POS item called Delivery and sync this to Deliverect. Enter the item’s PLU in this field.

Allows you to map order service charges. Create a $0 POS item called Service charge and sync this to Deliverect. Enter the item’s PLU in this field.

Activate to send any tip amount provided by an online store to your POS.

You can create custom methods in your POS in addition to the hardcoded payment methods supported between Deliverect and K-Series. To use, activate this setting and select the Save button. Next, set your custom IDs in the existing payment method fields.

Choose the K-Series account profile for delivery orders. New profiles can be created in K-Series.

Choose the K-Series payment method for pre-paid delivery orders. Payment methods show on your Lightspeed device and the customer's receipt. New payment methods can be created in K-Series.

Choose the K-Series payment method for pre-paid pickup orders. Payment methods show on your Lightspeed device and the customer's receipt. New payment methods can be created in K-Series.

Choose the K-Series payment method for eat-in orders. Payment methods show on your Lightspeed device and the customer's receipt. New payment methods can be created in K-Series.

Choose the K-Series payment method for unpaid online orders. New payment methods can be created in K-Series.

Activate to delay order release to the POS. Orders are automatically accepted on Parsed and Scheduled statuses until it is time to send them to the POS (pickup time minus the channel’s Average Preparation Time). This setting overrides the value set in Auto accept order when as all orders are auto-accepted.

Set your average preparation time in minutes. Used in combination with the Buffer orders setting.

Average delivery time in minutes. Controls various self-delivery and dispatch settings.

If two or more of the same products are ordered, separate them into individual line items for improved visibility in the POS order and receipt.

Skip sending any canceled order from an online store or the DMA to the POS.
