Change Location Settings

You can edit your location to update its address or change POS settings.

Editing location settings is not yet possible for all customers.

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Locations in the sidebar.


Step 2. Select the Edit button for the location.


Step 3. Settings for the location are split across tabs. Select the Save button after making any changes.

General

Basic settings for the location.

  • Location name: A unique name that is easily identifiable.

  • Time zone: The time zone used for this location.

  • Use main location products: If you have multiple locations, you can activate this checkbox to use products from the main location.

POS settings

Connection settings and options that change how orders are processed. For example:

  • Buffer orders: When active, orders are only sent to the POS when preparation needs to start.

  • Average preparation time Determines how long it takes to prepare an order.

Location

Details about this location.

  • Restaurant name: The trade name used for your location.

  • Address: Your location's physical address.

Contact information

The contact information to use for this location.

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

  • Email

Some changes may prevent orders from being correctly sent to your POS. Contact our support team for assistance if you are unsure about the impact or use of a setting.
