Ensure Auto shift is active in your Gastrofix POS for order processing. Follow these steps to find the setting.
Step 1. Log in to the Lightspeed Restaurant G-Series Cloud (https://cloud.gastrofix.com/)
Step 2. In the navigation bar, select Setup ① and then choose Setup ②.
Step 3. In the Restaurant tab, scroll down to the Shift / Business Day section and make sure Auto shift is active.
Step 4. Select the Save button.
