Have you received the following error message for an order?

Response: 403 - Kounta: 403 error. Default Pass-thru register tablet (123) is offline.

Ways to resolve

There are three methods to prevent additional orders from failing.

1. Check the tablet

Ensure that the tablet mentioned in the error message is turned on, has an active internet connection, and has the Lightspeed app open.

2. Turn off Pass-Thru Printing

Deactivate Pass-Thru Printing to manually accept future orders for your delivery channels. Our support team can make this change for you; select the chat icon at the bottom right of this page to reach them.

3. Assign a different tablet
