Zone Soft: Solve Issues

Error or issue

Solution

Invalid Product: Invalid PLU.

This means the product's PLU code in Zone Soft doesn't match what's expected. Contact your Zone Soft reseller to correct the product's PLU setup.

order_rejected_pos_ping_failed or pos_unreachable.

Your POS isn't reachable and can't receive orders, often due to it being offline or the required application not running. If this happens on a test order, ask your reseller to confirm the ZSRestaurant Orders module is activated on your POS.

order_rejected_pos_missing_integration_service.

The Deliverect integration isn't active on your POS. Contact your Zone Soft reseller to activate it.

Zone Soft is not reachable.

Zone Soft's servers are temporarily experiencing an outage. Wait a few minutes and try again; if the issue persists, contact your Zone Soft reseller.

Tax shows as 0% in Deliverect even though sales are recorded correctly in the POS.

This is a display-only issue in Deliverect. Your sales and tax are registered correctly in the POS, so no action is needed.

All orders appear labeled as “Deliverect” in the POS regardless of which delivery channel they came from.

This is expected behavior with the current Zone Soft integration, which cannot yet separate sales by individual delivery channel.
