Error or issue | Solution |
Order appears incomplete on the POS screen or printed receipt. | This can happen if the POS auto-prints the receipt before all items have been received. Disable auto-print and wait at least a minute before printing manually, so the full order has time to come through. |
Failed sync: “Listino vuoto” (empty menu). | This means the menu (Listino) you're trying to connect has no products, or none of its products have a price set at the delivery price level. Add prices to the Consegna a domicilio (delivery) level for your products and sync again. |
Failed sync: this location has multiple price lists. | The POS has lost track of which menu (Listino) it should read products from. Run a new sync from iPratico, making sure to connect the correct menu. Connecting the wrong one will replace your entire product list. |
Cannot change the price of a modifier from Deliverect. | Only the price of the main product can be overridden in Deliverect. Update modifier prices directly on the POS, then sync your products and publish your menu again. |
