Direct Suite: Manage Your Locations

Learn how to change settings for your Direct Suite locations.

Step 1. In the sidebar, select Settings and then Outlets.

We are currently moving customers to Direct Suite. If your account has not yet been migrated, you can access this feature here. In the sidebar, select Locations.


Step 2. Select the edit icon for the location you want to manage.


Step 3. Change the settings for the location.

Delivery areas

Set your delivery areas to limit how far an order is deliverable.

Add a delivery area

Select the Add delivery areas button to choose between a polygon area or a radius area:

  • Polygon area: Create a shape over a map to specify where orders can be delivered.

  • Radius area: Provide the maximum delivery radius from your location.

Polygon area

Manipulate the polygon by dragging the corners. Addresses inside the polygon are eligible for delivery.

  • Area name: Enter a descriptive name for this area.

  • Min. basket value: Enter the minimum basket value of an order to qualify for delivery.

  • Delivery fee: Provide the delivery fee to add to orders within this radius.

  • Delivery fee tax rate (%): Specify the tax rate for delivery orders.

Radius area

  • Area name: Enter a descriptive name for this area.

  • Radius: Choose how far from your location that orders can be delivered.

  • Min. basket value: Enter the minimum basket value of an order to qualify for delivery.

  • Delivery fee: Provide the delivery fee to add to orders within this radius.

  • Delivery fee tax rate (%): Specify the tax rate for delivery orders.

Edit a delivery area

Select a delivery area to change its settings.

Delete a delivery area

Select the delete icon to remove a delivery area (you may need to scroll horizontally to the right to find it).

Tables

Allow your customers to easily order and pay by scanning a QR code linked to their table. You can create tables individually, in bulk, or by syncing tables from your POS (if supported).

Create in bulk

Enter each table on a separate line and then select the Create button.

Create table

Enter a name for a table, and select the Create button.

Download QR codes

Download the QR code for your tablets in various formats. Print them out to allow customers to easily place their orders.

Sync tables

Select the Yes button to import tables from your POS.

Not supported by all POS integrations.

Packaging

Activate the toggle to allow users to choose between dine-in or takeaway.
