Product sync fails with a handshake or SSL connection error when pushing your menu to Deliverect. | Make sure you're pushing products from your main POS computer, not a secondary terminal. Then try syncing your products again. |
Special characters in product names or descriptions appear as blank spaces after syncing your menu. | Remove special characters from your menu items in the POS before syncing your products and publishing your menu again. |
Orders are not finalized automatically at the end of the day. | Supermenu POS does not support auto-finalize. You need to manually click “Finalize all Deliverect Orders” at the end of each night. |
