Error or issue

Solution

Product sync fails with a handshake or SSL connection error when pushing your menu to Deliverect.

Make sure you're pushing products from your main POS computer, not a secondary terminal. Then try syncing your products again.

Special characters in product names or descriptions appear as blank spaces after syncing your menu.

Remove special characters from your menu items in the POS before syncing your products and publishing your menu again.

Orders are not finalized automatically at the end of the day.

Supermenu POS does not support auto-finalize. You need to manually click “Finalize all Deliverect Orders” at the end of each night.
