To set the default service charge to use with your channels, follow the steps in this article.
Step 1. Go to the Manage section on your Foodics console.
Step 2. Select the More option at the bottom.
Step 3. Select Charges.
Step 4. Select the Create Charge button.
Step 5. Enter the following details:
Name: Service Charge
Type: Amount
Is Open Value: Yes
Apply on Order Types: Include all payment types (Dine In, Pick Up, Delivery, Drive Thru)
Tax Group: Empty
Branches: Choose the branch to use it with
