Error or issue | Solution |
Invalid PLU: one or more items in the order have a PLU that does not belong to this location's POS. | Sync your products and publish your menu again after every change in your POS. If a location shares a menu with another location, make sure all items also exist in that other location's POS. |
Invalid Discount PLU / Invalid Delivery PLU / Invalid Service Charge PLU, or “Veloce POS requires Discount PLU to be set”. | Create the missing discount, delivery fee, or service charge item in your POS back office, then sync your products so it can be mapped in your channel settings. |
X is a variant, but the order does not contain a variation sub item. | Check that the variant is built correctly with its variations, and make sure none of the variations are snoozed. |
POS doesn't support internal products. | Remove the internal (non-POS) item from your menu, such as a meal deal with no sub-items, and replace it with a valid POS item. |
Could not connect to Veloce POS (invalid or outdated port number). | Your POS connection port number may have changed. Contact our support team to get the correct port number updated for your location. |
“No product sync data provided” when syncing products. | Restart your POS computer or server after any change to your POS version or WebConnect settings — changes won't take effect until you restart. Then try syncing again. |
Menu doesn't sync even after reinstalling the connection with a new port. | Remove the old IP address from your WebConnect settings, since it can become outdated after an operating system update. |
