If you are experiencing issues while using the Delivery Manager App, you are able to send us a report from your device. The report helps us to diagnose and resolve the problem. To do this, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Open your app and tap on Settings.
Step 2. In the General tab, tap on Send reports.
Step 3. Explain your issue to our support team by selecting the chat icon at the bottom of this page. Mention to them that you have sent a diagnostic report.
