Skip requires consent from Merchants when switching their integration providers. Please complete the steps below on your Skip Restaurant Portal to avoid any activation delays.
Step 1. Log in to your Skip Restaurant Portal and select Message Us ① followed by New Message ②.
Step 2. Next, choose App & Tablet from the Category dropdown and Switch my POS integrator from the Sub-category dropdown. Select I'm Ready.
Provide your contact information in the Email field. Select an ETA for the date you will be switching to Deliverect in the How can we help you field.
Deliverect will request Skip to activate your integration once your Deliverect account is fully set up.
