How do I create a Deliverect account?

You can sign up for an account by going to Deliverect.com and selecting the Get Started button.

How long does it take to be fully operational (onboarded)?

The time it takes for your Deliverect account to be fully set up depends on the POS and delivery platforms that you use. Some integrations can be instantly set up, while others require additional steps before being ready. One team strives to get customers up and ready as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my Deliverect account?

Select Settings in the sidebar and choose Subscriptions. Request a cancellation of each active subscription. Learn more.

Why was my account suspended?

Your account might be suspended due to an invoice not being paid. If you believe this to be incorrect, please reach out to our support team.

How can I add a user to my Deliverect account?

In the sidebar, choose Settings and then Users. Select the Invite user button. Learn more.

How can I remove a user from my Deliverect account?

In the sidebar, choose Settings and then Users. Select the trash icon for the user. Learn more.


Billing and subscriptions

How can I view my subscriptions?

Select the Configurations (cog) icon in the sidebar. Select Billing. Select View subscriptions. Select the subscription. At the bottom of the page, select Cancel subscription. Learn more.

How can I pay an invoice?

Select the Configurations (cog) icon in the sidebar. Select Billing. Select the View & Pay Invoices link for the billing profile. Go to the Payment Methods tab. All unpaid invoices are automatically selected. Select the Pay now button to enter your card details and complete the transaction. Learn more.

How can I update my billing/payment method?

Select the Configurations (cog) icon in the sidebar. Select Billing. Select the View & Pay Invoices link for the billing profile. Go to the Payment Methods tab. Select the + Add payment method button to enter your card or bank details. Learn more.

How long does it take for my invoice payment to be processed?

Invoices paid via credit card are processed immediately. If paid via bank transfer or direct debit, it can take up to 5-7 business days until the payment is fully processed.

How can I cancel a subscription?
