Failed orders can be retried by following the steps in this article.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and navigate to Orders via the sidebar.
Step 2. Find the order that failed. You can use a filter if you are unable to immediately see it.
Step 3. Select the failed order to expand it.
Step 4. The reason for the order failing is provided in the Display tab.
Step 5. If you have been able to resolve the cause of the failure, select the Retry Order button. If you don't see the button or need assistance with resolving the issue, please reach out to our support team.
