Create your products from your Deliverect account if you don't use a POS.
Use a POS? Create your products on the POS and then sync them to Deliverect.

Individual steps
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Products in the sidebar.
Step 2. Select the ＋ Create button.
Step 3. Choose Product.
Step 4. Enter details for the new product. Fields marked with an * are required.
General
Name*: Enter the name of the product (e.g. Salad).
PLU*: Created automatically after saving, but you can enter something specific if required.
Image: Select to add an image. This will be shown on your menu(s).
Description: Provide additional information about your product (e.g. Delicious fresh salad with homemade croutons).
Pricing
Base Price*: Enter the standard price for the product.
Delivery Tax*: Enter the tax for the product for delivery orders.
Takeaway Tax: Enter the tax for the product for takeaway orders.
Eat In Tax: Enter the tax for the product for eat-in orders.
Step 5. Select the Create button. Add any additional information and modifiers or upsells to the product.
Ⓐ - Add existing modifier groups or create one.
Ⓑ - Add existing upsell groups or create one.
Ⓒ - Change the status of the product. Setting this to inactive will remove your product from sale.
Ⓓ - Choose an organisation category. Products with the same organisation category are grouped on tickets. This setting is only available for customers using the DMA.
Ⓔ - Add product specifications. These include tags, allergens, nutritional values, and more. View this article for all possibilities.
Ⓕ - Set a maximum order limit for this product.
Ⓖ - Check if this product is not a physical item. This is useful if the item does not need to be counted when individually packed (only relevant for the Delivery Manager App and not available to all customers). Contact our support team for more details.
You can customize certain fields for specific locations or stores. Select the customize icon to configure.
Step 6. Add the product to your menus and then publish them to your channels.
