Error or issue | Solution |
Invalid PLU error, or items missing from the order. | Sync your products and publish your menu again after making any changes on your POS. |
“unTill reachable but takes too long to respond” or “Cannot connect to Untill POS, thus retrying the order”. | This is a connectivity issue on your POS network. Contact your unTill reseller to check your connection. |
“Username is empty” or “unTill can not log on by sent user”. | Your integration login details are incorrect. Contact your unTill reseller to validate and correct your POS credentials. |
“'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_type'”. | Your firewall is blocking the connection. Ask your unTill reseller to disable the firewall, then sync your products again. |
“unTill POS has a pending order to close X... total is not equal to unTill total”. | A previous order is stuck on that table, blocking new orders. Contact your unTill reseller to clear the table and close the open ticket, and check that your printer has paper. |
“Unexpected POS state TBLREditOrder. Expected TBLRGetOption” (modifier limit mismatch). | The maximum number of modifiers allowed doesn't match between Deliverect and unTill. Contact your unTill reseller to align the modifier limits on both sides. |
“Option can't be ordered!” | unTill expects more modifier options than were sent. Contact your unTill reseller to check that your modifier groups match what's configured online. |
“MakeOrder.Opentable: Cannot open table... table is busy”. | The table used for online orders is already in use. Contact your unTill reseller to make sure the online-ordering table is reserved for that purpose only. |
“Article X not available in sales area Y”. | One or more items aren't configured correctly in the unTill sales area used for online orders. Sync your products after making changes, and contact your unTill reseller if the issue continues. |
Customer address not printing in full on the receipt. | This is a printer template issue. Contact your unTill reseller to adjust the receipt template configuration. |
