How to access
First, log in to your Deliverect account. You can now access the Tickets portal at https://help.deliverect.com/tickets-portal. There is also a link to it on our Help Center.
View tickets
You can view all existing tickets and their details on this page. Select a ticket to view additional details.
Select the View conversation button to view the message history and respond.
