Has a support ticket been created by yourself or one of your colleagues? If so, you can review the ticket by opening the tickets portal on the Deliverect Help Center.
Log in to your Deliverect account on your web browser and then navigate to https://help.deliverect.com/en/tickets-portal. You can also access it directly from our help center.
You can view all existing tickets together with their titles, creators, creation dates, and states.
Select a ticket to view additional details.
Select the View conversation button to respond or to read the message history.
