Cancel orders
You can cancel orders using your POS or the DMA. Alternatively, you can contact Uber Eats restaurant support or use your Uber Eats tablet (view steps).
It is not possible to cancel orders that have already been delivered.
Process refunds
Canceled orders are refunded via Uber Eats.
