You can request multiple couriers if an order is too large for one courier to deliver.
This feature is only supported for orders placed on Uber Eats and is not activated by default.
Step 1. Activate the Multiple courier request setting for your Uber Eats channel in Deliverect Restaurants. Find out how by reading this article.
Step 2. Find the order in DMA and tap on Request courier.
Step 3. Tap on the number of couriers you need and then on Request courier.
You will receive a confirmation message at the bottom right of the app.
