To process orders correctly, some order type settings in your Aldelo POS need to be configured.
Step 1. Head over to the Aldelo Express web portal, and go to Home ➜ Settings ➜ Store Config ➜ General Config.
Step 2. Go to the Services tab ① and select Order Type Options ②.
Step 3. Scroll down to Delivery and make sure that the Delivery option is activated. Select the Save button if changes were made.
Step 4. Still in the Aldelo Express web portal, go to Home, then Settings, then Store Config, and then Order Type Config.
Step 5. Select the Delivery tab. Inside the General Options section, make sure that Offsite Service is activated. Select the Save button if changes were made.
