By default, your Uber Eats orders automatically receive a preparation time calculated by Uber Eats’s algorithm, which uses the past order volume and current driver supply.

To update your order preparation time via Uber Eats, contact the Uber Eats support team and tell them the average preparation time you’d like to set.

If you prefer to update your time from Deliverect, go to your Uber Eats channel settings and update the Default preparation time override value.
