Error or issue

Solution

Invalid HTTP result from POS VELOCISSIMO: 500.

This means the POS is temporarily unreachable. Wait a few minutes and manually retry the affected orders.

Velocissimo reachable but takes too long to respond.

This is a temporary connectivity issue. Wait a few minutes and manually retry the affected orders.

Invalid PLU error for a product that is listed in your Deliverect Products section.

Velocissimo lets you cap how many times a product can be ordered per hour. Once that cap is hit, the product is automatically disabled on the POS but stays active on Deliverect. Manually snooze the affected product on Deliverect until it's available again on the POS. If you can't snooze it in time, enter the failed order directly on the POS.

Meal deals are not syncing correctly to Velocissimo.

Velocissimo does not support syncing meal deals. Create products on the POS that mirror the meal deal structure, or set up the meal deals directly in Deliverect instead.

Products disabled on Velocissimo still show as available on Deliverect.

Deliverect is not notified when a product is disabled on Velocissimo, so it will not auto-snooze. Manually snooze the product on Deliverect. Avoid syncing products while items are disabled on Velocissimo, and avoid temporarily re-enabling them just to sync, as this can cause them to disappear from your Deliverect menu.
