Solution

Orders aren't showing up in the Vendus back office.

Orders only appear under invoices in Vendus once they've been finalized in the Vendus Pedidos App. Finalize the order in the app to see it there.

New or updated products aren't syncing to Deliverect.

In Vendus, products must be toggled to “Active” in the back office to sync. If a product isn't marked Active, sync your products and publish your menu again after enabling it.

Orders aren't finalizing automatically.

Vendus does not support auto-finalize. Orders must be finalized manually in the Vendus Pedidos App.

No report available for delivery orders on the POS.

Vendus does not currently offer a dedicated report for delivery orders. Use the Vendus Pedidos App or KDS (kds.vendus.pt) to review order activity.
