Orders aren't showing up in the Vendus back office. | Orders only appear under invoices in Vendus once they've been finalized in the Vendus Pedidos App. Finalize the order in the app to see it there. |
New or updated products aren't syncing to Deliverect. | In Vendus, products must be toggled to “Active” in the back office to sync. If a product isn't marked Active, sync your products and publish your menu again after enabling it. |
Orders aren't finalizing automatically. | Vendus does not support auto-finalize. Orders must be finalized manually in the Vendus Pedidos App. |
No report available for delivery orders on the POS. | Vendus does not currently offer a dedicated report for delivery orders. Use the Vendus Pedidos App or KDS (kds.vendus.pt) to review order activity. |
