Disable Products

You can disable a product to remove it from your menus. Choose to disable a product across your entire account or for specific locations, channels, custom tags, and order types.

Step 1. Select Products in the sidebar.


Step 2. Select the product you want to disable.

Set the Status toggle to Disabled.

Step 3a. Select the Customize button for the Status toggle and choose + Create custom status .

Step 3b. Enter a name (e.g, "Disabled"). Select the Add rule button and choose from the following options:

  • Locations

  • Location groups

  • Channels

  • Custom tag

  • Order type

Select the Save button after configuring the rule.

The customization is applied automatically to the product and can be reused for additional products.


Step 4. Select the Save changes button to confirm.


Step 5. Republish the menus that contain this product to remove the item from sale.

To re-enable the product, set its Status to Enabled or remove the Customization, then republish the menus.
