Add Allergens, Tags, or Additional Info to Your Products
Updated over a week ago

Once you have imported or created your items in Deliverect, you can add allergens, tags, and additional data.

  • Even though adding this information is not mandatory inside Deliverect, the country you operate in may require information to be provided. Consult the food labeling rules in your country to ensure you are compliant.

  • Countries in the EU require you to be specific about which nuts and sources of gluten are contained in your products (e.g., cashews, pecan, barley, wheat).

Navigating to the product specifications for an item

Step 1. Log in to Deliverect and go to the Products page.

Step 2. Once you have found the item, select the ⋮ button ①, followed by Edit .

Step 3. Select the Edit or More products specifications links.

Tags configured on your POS?

If the POS integration supports syncing tags, they will already be added to your products.

You can differentiate between POS tags and Deliverect tags by the presence of the delete functionality (x next to the name). You can remove Deliverect tags but you can not remove POS tags.
