When creating your Deliverect account, we ask you which POS you use at your location. Depending on your POS, you may be able to instantly connect it, while others require us to manually configure it for you.
If your POS supports an instant connection, we will typically ask you to log in to your POS platform to authorize our access. Your POS is then set up and your products are ready to be synced with Deliverect.
If we are unable to instantly connect to your POS, we will ask you for some additional details. Those details allow us to manually create the connection. Someone from our team will reach out to you once we have completed this process. For complex integrations, this can take up to a few weeks.
